Host conferences, meetings, training sessions and elegant lunch or dinner events surrounded by Islamic heritage, art and architecture. With flexible rooms of various sizes, we cater to events of every scale.
Our spaces
Up to 70 guests$450for four hours
Our largest space, with flexible room setups for conferences, training and elegant lunch or dinner events. The room is just over 10m × 9m, with a 3.3m × 1.8m projection area.
Rate. Then $120 per hour, plus a $100 cleaning fee.
Add-on. Video conferencing and live-streaming: $200 for four hours, then $50 per hour.
Up to 40 guests$100per hour
Overlooking the IMA billabong, the Arada Theatre is perfect for presentations and lectures.

Up to 15 per room$80per hour
Our two workshop rooms are perfect for meetings, craft workshops or silent reflection sessions.
Up to 8 guests$80per hour
Our board room overlooks the peaceful billabong. Bring your own laptop to use the audio-visual equipment.
Up to 4 people$65per hour
Fully equipped for podcasting, audio and video recording. A short orientation on the equipment can be provided on request. Bring your own micro SD card for file transfer.

Merri Blends Cafe @ the IMA is the exclusive caterer for every venue hire booking.
Good to know
A few things to plan for before you book.
Prices are for room and audio-visual use only. Video conferencing and live-streaming incur an additional fee.
All catering is from our on-site cafe. No outside food or catering is permitted.
If you would like your guests to visit the galleries, a reduced fee of $10 per person applies. Tour guides can be organised for groups of 25 or more.
For security, the front and rear doors stay locked at all times. The hirer is responsible for staffing both doors to let guests in and direct them to the venue.
Printing is available at $0.50 per sheet.
Alcohol cannot be consumed on site.
